Greetings!

As the proud principal of Sunrise Elementary, I am filled with immense gratitude and excitement for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year!

Sunrise Elementary has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence, consistently achieving an "A" school designation. We believe in fostering an environment where innovation thrives. Our commitment to this is evident in our unique approach to education, which extends far beyond the traditional classroom setting.

We are proud to be an OCPS Green School, recognized for our dedication to conservation, sustainability, and enhanced outdoor learning spaces. Our students have the opportunities to engage with nature in our butterfly garden, edible garden, and chicken coop. We firmly believe that extending learning beyond the four walls of the classroom is vital for promoting the critical thinking skills and creativity essential for a 21st-century learner.

At Sunrise Elementary, we also deeply value each student as an individual learner. We understand that not all students think or learn alike, and our dedicated staff is committed to providing differentiated instruction and enriching experiences that will challenge every student, regardless of their academic needs.

Achieving these goals would not be possible without our strong partnerships. We are incredibly grateful for the collaborations we have with UCF, the Florida Inclusion Network, various local organizations and businesses, and our amazing parent and community organizations like PTA and SAC. These partnerships are truly the backbone of our success.

We invite you to join us on our journey to continued excellence! One of the most impactful ways you can contribute is by registering as an ADDitions volunteer. Your time and talents can make a significant difference in the lives of our students.

To stay connected and informed, please ensure your contact information (email and phone number) is up-to-date in our school systems. And don't forget to follow us on Facebook @Sunriseeagles for all the latest news and happenings!

I truly feel blessed to serve as the principal of Sunrise Elementary and look forward to an excellent 2025-26 school year filled with growth, discovery, and success for all our students.

Best Regards,

Mrs. Alejandra (Ali) Brinzo
Principal
